During my time at Michigan, I was involved in a multitude of different clubs and organizations. I was a member of Phi Episilon Kappa, a professional kinesiology fraternity on campus. I was a member of Alpha Phi Sorority for two years, through which I held a leadership position as the Chairwoman of Intramural Sports, and was the captain of my intramural soccer team. I also served on the fundraising committee for the Michigan Snowboard Club. Over the years, I have had experience in a multitude of fields including customer relations, hospitality, marketing, social media, event planning, leadership, and sales.

Responsible for marketing and selling kiteboarding products to customers by answering live chats, emails, and phone calls. Aid in transcribing videos and creating blogs posts as well as helping to run the social media accounts.
At Sun and Snow, I acquired knowledge on how to promote and sell ski and snowboard equipment by attending instructional sessions. I then used those skills to inform and communicate with customers and suppliers.
While working at Jack's, I utilized effective communication, patience, time management and organizational skills. I also learned how to provide excellent hospitality and customer service.
